My husband and I started our diets in January this year...We have both lost over 30lbs...He is 6'2 and weighs abt 206 now...I sometimes think he looks too skinny for his frame now..lol I now weigh over 10 lbs less than I did after last years challenge..I am 5'2 and now weigh 126lbs..
This is less than my daughter that is 23 years old..lol Neither one of my girls has ever had much of a weight problem but I have struggle since hitting my mid 30's...I eat alot alot of chicken and veggies now...
We have learned to eat healthy and make healthy food choices when we eat out which is not often..Learning to do alot more walking together in the evenings too...
