I dislike the GC WalMart with a passion and avoid going there as much as possible. This is just another example/story of why our local WalMart gets a bad rap. I too had an issue there a year or so ago with a rude cashier and a customer service employee. I took it to the regional office. I did get a call from the GC WalMart Manager at the time to apologize, however the damage was done. Actions by one or two employees set the stage for how a customer feels about where they shop. This could be a great experience or a terrible experience. Unfortunately in our society the negative gets most the attention.
