Oh well, for both of those work on sitting. She doesn't get any loving or attention from anyone unless she sits. Don't "push" her away if she is jumping (if you can help it) because that's a game. Just turn away and completely ignore her and then, again, love her when she is being calm and sitting. With door darting, start teaching her to sit and wait. At first, only make her wait a second or two before she gets a treat. As she gets better, up the time. When she is real good, go over by the door, and tell her to sit and wait. Then, put your hand on the door. If she stays, give her a treat. Next, open the door just a little. If she gets up, close the door and start over, but if she waits, give her a treat. And again, keep going little by little till you can open the door all the way and she still stays (it will happen). Pups catch on pretty quick to this one. It also helps if she has to sit and wait EVERY time a door is opened, including to go play outside. Let me know if you have any problems.
