It should be banned so no reason other than our seeming inability to absolutely prove, beyond all doubt, the guilt of 100% of death row inmates. Our system is flawed and I don't believe it should have the ability to murder innocent people. That standard could be applied to any punishment, catch, you can not possibly prove the guilt of someone and be right every time there are going to be false convictions to one extent or another. Should we not put people in prison then because we might falsely convict them,and they would lost their liberty, and face beatings, rape, etc, from other prisoners?
