But we don't, and almost as many death row inmates have been proven innocent in Illinois as we've executed Catch, not to start another heated argument but could you provide the source of that info? I know there have been a few cases overturned but don't think it's as high as you do. I support the death penalty in matters of murder, rape, kidnapping and treason. It's the one sure cure that the perp won't act again. It also removes a burden on the taxpayers who feed, clothe, etnertain and defend these people. That being said, we should make every effort to prove their guilt beyond a shadow of doubt.
