You are certainly welcome to define for yourself what is and isn't desirable just as thousands of CRNAs do every year when considering what job to take. The individual CRNA assesses the job market and picks the most desirable position for their circumstance. Those positions that are passed over are the least desirable and are the ones typically left over for the A$A puppet AA. These are the "hard to fill positions" that no CRNA HAS to take. "Hard to fill" is an amusing employer euphemism for positions offering low pay, poor benefits, bad case mix, bad payer mix, poor facilities, poor medical staff, poor management, or a combination of these factors, etc, etc, etc...
