Thanks for the advice. So would you assume, then, that my chances for this cycle are basically shot? Unfortunately, an EMT program isn't really feasible because the closest one is 2 hours away. There are several PRN pharm tech jobs open in my area and a couple people I know do it, so that's why I was considering it. It's amazing to consider that a low GRE quant score is putting up all these extra hoops to jump through. It really isn't fair that someone with a high GPA and GRE score and none of the other experience people have recommended get in relatively easy without having to spend a year or so working a tech job, but I guess that's just life. |
