When I went to Switzerland with my job, I tried some French. When they asked my room number at breakfast I said accidentally said the wrong number. I think I said the room right above me. I don’t know if the people who actually had that room had an issue because of it though. If they did, I think they were that group that made a lot of noise! 😏 So they probably deserved it.

I also spoke some french with the guard at the museum. My students were really impressed. 🫣😳 It was really simple French though.

The funniest things, he came over to us and pointed at a glass box and said “Mommy! Mommy!” 😂 He hadn’t nailed the uh sound in mummy yet.
