Salad Cream and Mayo are different things, but quite similar which is why I think they're paired together on this. Salad cream has the same consistency and tends to be used in the same way as mayo, but some people prefer one or the other. Salad cream has more vinegar in it and less oil. But otherwise, they're largely the same ingredients.

I am not a huge lover of curry sauce, but I do tend to find curry sauce faaaairly consistent in flavour. Like, I'm not surprised by how it tastes.

Fun fact: in UK mcdonalds, you can get curry sauce or sweet and sour sauce for your chips. I didn't realise until that was pointed out specifically somewhere that this was not the case elsewhere. (also, I am vegetarian, and don't eat mcd anymore, but I did work there for a few years).
