A few additional questions...
Is salad cream the same as mayonnaise over there or are they similar enough that they were paired together? I thought they were two different things.
Also, I know there are a lot of different kinds of curries. Do you notice a lot of variance with curry sauce or is it one of those things where there's a standard recipe/style that most people tend to favor?
