Bill, don,t do it. Not worth the risk to your gun. Choose a quality low pressure 1oz or less. RST, POLYWAD, B&P completion 1. Pattern is what breaks clays and kills birds. Last year my grand son shot two Toms. Thing is they were with one shot, one at 22 steps and one at 40 steps. Load ? 1oz RST #6 1175fps. Gun? L.C. Field grade 30" full and full. Yea a little lucky I admit.....point is you do not really need to push it with you gun. A buck or two a box of shells vs damage to your stock, not worth it IMO. Good luck, enjoy your gun.
