Thanks for that. Yes I quite agree and reading the TSB again it states amongst other things that the cause "is under investigation" and "until the root cause is defined". The TSB also applies to the 2010 2L Astra J. I have tried to reproduce the TSB here for the benefit of others but its all black magic to me to do that. All the other fault codes disappeared including the one relating to the glow plugs. The "fix" so the customer was advised was to replace the DPF.
