This vehicle has had several fuel filters but I do not know if the flow rate has been checked.
Where is the sampling port to measure the cavity pressure? I Have not checked the PWM signal yet.
It certainly seems possible that it is suffering restricted flow but there should be sufficient at idle as the vehicle is capable of 50mph. In my experience fuel starvation usually causes snatching and shunting, this one is just "flat".
I have two difficulties, another garage is "prime contractor" they just bring it to me and say things like "can you do the pump timing" and the customer always wants it back in a hurry.
When I get my hands on it again I have plenty to check
