TCI is not a term i understand for ford.TDCI or TDdi i know.
The C would hint at common rail but was not fitted on these in 1998 (well i,m sure they where not).
A watchdog code would be unlikely on a common rail.
So please give an engine code or state if it,s common rail or just direct injecyion.
