I accept I’m in the minority, but why are you so sure Grealish will be good?

What is it, he can do for us? Genuinely curious. Why is not wanted at City or Villa? When I se him at City or England he takes on defenders at the left, rarely goes past them, then tracks back and ultimately pass backwards. With us he’ll likely be able to play the counter, which will suit him, but he’s not really fast. I just don’t this. But I hope I’m proved wrong.
