Secondly, he may have played on the wing on occassions but I think he can play just behind the striker too. This gives us a real fluid option of him swapping mid-game across the 3 positions, interchanging with those other 2 players.
Teams double up on him. Pulling that extra defender across creates space elsewhere on the pitch. That room can be exploited by someone like Alcaraz or KDH bursting forward
Finally, it'll give something for all the barbers from Rhyl to Warrington something to do when all the kids go in asking for the Grealish hair cut

Why is not wanted at City or Villa?
When I se him at City or England he takes on defenders at the left, rarely goes past them, then tracks back and ultimately pass backwards.
With us he’ll likely be able to play the counter, which will suit him, but he’s not really fast.
I just don’t this. But I hope I’m proved wrong.
