That voted in the last presidential election but not the last midterm.

The core GOP vote was baked in…which is why you see little movement. The pendulum voters that are now midterm motivated is the swing.

i'll give you a clue. the number of republican votes stayed the same or went up slightly. That's the weird part. Where did all these democrat votes come from. There wasn't a shift. The republicans maintained their voters from last time.
