Felt fine doing so until I stood back up. Sharp pain in lower left side of back right above the beltline. It's been a recurring problem ever since but really worsened here recently. No radiating pain or numbness / tingling so I don't think this is a spinal problem. Just a really bad persistent strained muscle. Which is really aggravated by sitting down and leaning forward (particularly at my home computer or hobby / work table).
