How did the birthright citizenship hearing go? Upon reflection if “subject to the jurisdiction
thereof” just means you’re under our rules because you’re in our country, it’s redundant because duh you were born here so of course you’re in the country. So why add it unless citizens of other countries aren’t subject to the jurisdiction thereof. Are they? Or can they just move out or ask to be deported?
