as a white heterosexual male, it honestly offended me that they were holding out this eunuch of a man to their party as if he was representative of my culture. and then he'd prance out on the stage and do his "stooge" routine... it was honestly very insulting. it must have been like what a native american felt watching buffalo bill's wild west show back in the day... all while their surrogates synched up their "jd vance is weird!" talking points. what a world.
