But on thing Kavanaugh and Gorsuch and Barrett were, were judges. Kagan was never a judge. Kagan barely ever practiced law.
Did you not know this?
Kavanaugh and Gorsuch and Barrett not only were judges but sat at some of the highest courts in the country.
Kagan, is not qualified.
