Kagan is as qualified for the court as Kavanaugh and Gorsuch and Barrett, to pick three recents. The only reason to have voted against her was ideological, unless you count payback for other votes against nominees.

She is very smart, and the most talented of the liberal justices since she joined. Sure, I think she is wrong sometimes, maybe even very wrong. It's not helpful to call her a "moron."
That's reserved for people like some fools on the other board and some politicians.
