refs need to attend a retraining course when a card is overturned, made to watch it all again and retrained and questioned why they make the decision, is it a visual error ? misunderstanding the rules ? misunderstanding what they see ? or maybe called out for being incompetent at the job and removed, there doesnt seem to be any punishment apart from missing a game or dropping down a division , but why should a ref inflict crap performances on a team below when hes been dropped
