Pretty much agree. Jack is right that we do need to accept where we are now. That's just reality - we are in League 1, we're going to be in League 1 next season and we have a squad that lacks the quality, balance and leadership to go up, regardless of how well or badly it is organised.

However we do need some honest explanations of how we got to this situation and what is being done about it. That comes from the top as you say.

Without those there is no reason to think lessons have been learned and what it the current reality will improve. There's probably no reason to think it won't get worse in fact.
