How can it be the recruitment team when players they recruited are doing ok now they are not with us.

I think the fans and the club need to get together as Earls says.

There are problems to solve on both sides.

The perceived bad management and the whispers of something underhand going on at the top.

The football decisions of the manager and his team.
The slow boring tactics and how difficult it is to enjoy.

The players who understandably feel they are taking the blame for 3 failed seasons.

The fans for their over reaction yesterday.

I truly believe that everybody is hurting not one person in the club or supporting the club is not pissed off with our fall, but screaming abuse is not on.
It has never made things better and never will.

In real terms we are not going to get promoted but we are not going to relegated either, hopefully people accept this now and we have the chance to build.

As Earls says the quicker everyone ,the board the management,the fans can get on the same track the better.

The negativity is probably as low now as it was when we were first in the conference, yesterday being the equivalent of the Stevenage game.
Let's hope it doesn't take as long as it did then to turn it around.
