Doug, it is hard to tell from looking at your pictures, but from what I see the for-end metal escutcheon is from the 1930's and was the last style used. My guess would be that the gun was sent back to the factory for the ventilated ribs and for-end in the 1930's. Your barrels also have the re-enforced lug to help take some of the shock off the loop. Nice straight stocked gun.
