Nice to hear from Sharpie! Most of what I have for reloading low pressure shells is available from various powder manufacturer's in their reloading manuals. It takes some effort to read through all the various shell casing, wads and primer info to pull out the low pressure loads. I use a lot of IMR PB and 7625 powder. Some data is available online at: http://www.imrpowder.com/data/shotshell/index.php For sporting clays I usually load 1 ounce loads. Read across the chart for fps - I load 1100 to 1150 fps and have found very good loads under 5500psi. Combination of 5000psi for barrels and 1 ounce loads for recoil on my stocks and shoulder seem to work pretty well. I've also shot these loads in my Damascus guns. I have a couple of MEC reloaders and the appropriate bushings are readily available at most gun shops or can be ordered online. I do check the loads on a powder scale prior to starting and about every 10 shells. I don't do this on my modern trapguns but I try to be extra careful for the LC Smiths. Do not interchange components unless you are sure the change will not affect pressures. Some primers and wads may cause pressure changes.
