The serial number is RE 42451M. I have asked about year of manufacture on this site was told 1921. Krupp steel is stamped under the barrels. All the numbers match (barrels action forend). Left barrel has Made To Order By Hunter Arms Co Inc Fulton NY, right barrel LC Smith Monogram Grade. How much fitting is involved in changing stock from another elsie. I have a chance to buy an uncracked stock.
