Please post the complete serial number of your gun. Given that your gun has Krupp barrels, it is not likely to have been manufactured in 1921; as the Krupp option was not cataloged after 1905. Rose and scroll engraving with flying pigeons intertwined within the scroll work was one of the standard Monogram engraving patterns; but all Monogram guns were special ordered and could be engraved in virtually any style desired(I have seen one example with two geese on each lockplate and only a little sparse scroll here and there; and have heard of another ordered with no engraving). Regarding the trigger conversion, I'm sure there is someone out there who could/would retrofit another Hunter One-trigger (a used example, as the original is no longer manufactured); but, if the present conversion was done properly (trigger plate fits correctly and engraving properly re-cut), why bother? The re-conversion would be complicated; and, done RIGHT, would be costly and you run a high risk that the single trigger would be unreliable (which is likely why such conversion was done in the first place!).
