Many of the twats that go to golf events are there to be seen on TV. They position themselves to be in the backdrop all the time and wear look at me outfits.

The fans who actually play the game are usually there to see a certain player live and will follow him for a few holes and hope to learn something from the way he plays the game.

I have attended a few big events over the years, but the behaviour of the uneducated gobshite's and their lack of respect for the players has finished me. It has become a shitshow and Americanised, my thinking now is go to the practice / pro-am days and enjoy the players without the gobshite fans trying to be seen on TV.
