This painting has so much detail that I return to it over and over. Thank you Baxter for including it here.
Note the empty chair in front of the peers, to the left of the pic, where the Duke of Edinburgh had been seated with the other royal Dukes, Gloucester and Kent.
It was the 1937 chair of the father of the young Duke of Kent that starred in this thread below -

And note all the carpeting over the Cosmati pavement.
And the Coronation Chair seems to be placed nearer the centre of the pavement.
