Debra Dale was the name I was thinking of. Smoooooth voice. Excellent delivery.
JoAnn Genette, who to me, had the same voice-type as Ms. Dale. Beyode excellent. Soothing!
When it was WNIS (News and Inforation Service) it was too early as a news station.
