Just reminiscing about my 2 year stay on Stonecutters and decided to try a web search.
( Yet again ) to see if anything new had cropped up, apart from the new bridge etc. Hence, found the message board.
I was at JSTS Stonecutters from Jan.2nd.1969 until Jan.5th.71. and lived in the East View Bungalows with my wife Carol and then, baby daughter Paula.
Looks like I may of taken over the draft from yourself as I can't recall you at the moment.
You may remember R.E.Smith, the Swaffield's, Mumberson's.(Navy). Also the Pierce's and Aggripine's. ( Army).
We enjoyed our stay on the Island, but it wasn't without the odd traumer for one reason or another.
I do have some slides of the island, tucked away somewhere, but at the moment, cannot scan them.
