I also Lived at "Wuthering Heights" from 1960 to 1963 in the house on the upper right as seen from the P.O's. mess.
"Lofty" Rimmer was the Boss when I arrived on the Island with my wife, Yvonne and Norman Hannam was the Boss when I left.
While in H.K. Yvonne gave birth to twins, Steven and Sandra at Bowen Road Military Hospital on 7th January 1961.
We were invited back to the island in 1984 following a letter to the C.O. H.M.S. Tamar asking if a visit as a civillian was possible. We were given a guide complete with Land Rover to drive us about (Many thanks to the C.O.). We were accompanied by Steven, his wife and two daughters.
