Both the woman and the earthquake were approximately 50 miles away from her home in Cudahy. Both occurred on the I-15 CORRIDOR IN RIVERSIDE COUNTY, BOTH OCCURRED JUST OFF THE SOUTHBOUND SIDE OF I-15.
The Earthquake was centered just of Eagle Pass Drive near the southbound side of I-15, the car accident a few miles north, also on the South bound side of I-15, near Mission Blvd.
Los Angeles is comprised of numerous cities and two counties. There are 18 cities in Los Angeles County alone, including Cudahy. The other county that makes up the greater Los Angeles Metro, is RIVERSIDE County.
The event happened after the quake earlier in the day, thus "IN THE WAKE OF" the event.
The woman was driving and tried to pass traffic, impatiently and took an imprudent move to do so.
There was indeed minor BUILDING DAMAGE, but perception is everything. IT was not building damage as in "TO A BUILDING", but damage to a construction site, to BUILDING Materials used in road construction. Construction sites are also referred to as "BUILDING SITES".
There is currently ONGOING ROAD CONSTRUCTION projects on the SOUTHBOUND side of I-15 in Riverside County.
The woman in effort to pass slow moving construction traffic, passed the K-Bar Barriers to take the open construction lane, and ended up going off on embankment, causing minor BUILDING Damage to the construction materials, and driving down a concrete embankement and hitting a tree.
She died from her injuries about an hour later.
The accident was reported at 2:08 pm.
Both the warning of a "FEMALE FATALITY" and the Earthquake, were projected to a timeline of "WITHIN THE NEXT 16 hours" at 10:23 pm CST the evening prior, just 15 hours and 45 minutes earlier.
Matter number three, will be addressed shortly, in the thread posted on this board a couple months ago titled, "SIX STATES."
