If it happened in Wisconsin it can happen right here. This is why i think its best to buy your kids a boat load of candy and keep them home. If a dozen kids are hit by cars and a dozen others are injured or worse by various substances given out in place if candy is it worth it? If you are the families and friends of those victimized i bet the answer is no. When you have to examine the candy of children trick or treating thats pretty damn pathetic, but thats just the way it is. If you dont use caution you are almost being irresponsible. The good ole days are gone forever.
