I hear you concerning the inspections. Thats why so many towns have Halloween parties for the kids. I know its fun to go house to house, but with everything people just have to weigh the risks. If i had kids at the trick or treat age id probably bribe them by offering to let them have several of their friends over for a party the Friday after Halloween.
