I think his face hit on one of the arm rests. He looked like he was near death as they dragged him off, but minutes later he runs back onto the plane. The lawyers are buzzing around like vultures and i would guess the goal will be to settle out of court, unless they feel it benefits them to drag it out. Victim hood is a wonderful thing to embrace in America.
