If the commissioner was handed the document only, what happened to the email it was attached to? I would have printed that off as well. But then that would have shown the email address and maybe text including, "attached is the information you requested per our conversation", confirming that someone from the front office had called asking for it. Howdy, what happened to the email this was attached to? You said it was received in email in the front office? You best not have deleted it, that's an offense as well, because you would be in violation of the Freedom of Information Act. Howdy?????????????????? She's probably changing her underwear. If it were faxed, it was had to be faxed to the front office in order for Nick to have a copy. If it were faxed to the highway department then someone would have had to carry it into the front office and let them make a copy. Front office women or highway worker rat? Only the person who sent this information knows for sure.
