Can private citizens press charges of mail tampering by township staff? It could not be any clearer that is what happened today. These three women, Laura Marchetti, Tammy Davis and Mel Bettis COULD NOT WAIT to have Nick put this on here, they jumped the gun without thinking, breaking the law and showing everyone they did it. That letter was dated YESTERDAY, received today, and on here by 3:00 p.m.
Charges need to be filed, the evidence is sitting RIGHT HERE!
I'm sure there is more than mail tampering charges that could apply, using the township phone to give Nick a call, expedition of the FOIA guidelines.
Sometimes that GOTCHA moment skews your good judgement and comes right back to bite you in the ass. This is one of those times.
