That is what I was going to ask. That question can be answered by the person who sent the letter. Either the letter was received in mail today and opened by the front office. It was attached in an email and sent to an email address in the front office or it was faxed which means there would be a fax confirmation received by the sender, containing the fax number of who it was sent to. Easy enough to clear up from the person who sent the letter in the first place. So who requested this information, that will explain it all.
