Really, how do you know this? Nevermind, we know. The question is why is the front office receiving emails addressed to the Highway Department? If in fact it was an email. Who sent it? I would gamble and say the person who generated this letter has both the highway department's email address and their fax number, or if it came in the USPS, it was addressed to them. And it looks like the FOIA didn't go through the highway department's FOIA officer. You people, just when you think you are a step ahead in this game you get knocked back three. You have posted quite a bit in the past about Mrs. Moore, you claim this was an email and you claimed in the past you know her comings and goings at work....DING DING DING! Laura Marchetti, Tammy Davis or Mel Bettis, I'm just guessing. TOWNSHIP OFFICE STAFF! There are laws addressing interception of emails not intended for those who open them, for interception of FAX documents not intended for those who take them, and those pesky federal laws about mail tampering. But if they don't apply to this situation it should be easy to clear up when the time comes.
