    "That's crap."

    Yes it is.

"That's not fair to the kids or to their parents who pay the taxes to send those kids to school despite their political stance."

    I agree.

"I would hope these teachers are docked for this day. It certainly isn't like calling off sick. Let's remember what our schools are for folks. Protests on the weekend. Protest on your own time but serve your children."

    Exactly.

This is 2017, we have equal rights. If any woman feels she does not, then she needs to learn to demand them, and accept nothing less. I feel I am just as important and hard working as any man. Any woman who does not, may need to work on her self esteem and self image.

This "Woman's March" in my opinion is nothing more than an excuse for women to walk away from their day to day routine and responsibilities all in the name of protesting for "women's rights".

Some automatically receive a free pass from most employers, not out of respect for the cause, but out of fear of being targeted and labeled a chauvinist.

Some of these women arm themselves with a chip on their shoulder, and an attitude to match with cell phones at the ready screen locked in video mode, looking to be the next viral video or youtube star.

The point of the protest kind of gets lost when the majority of people are more focused on closed businesses and schools because they decided not to "protest" on a weekend where far more people can be available to attend. But, that would not be nearly as fun as a day off and away from the job.

The "protesters" also lose their credibility when they display obnoxious attention seeking behaviors such as wearing vagina costumes or pink poly-filled labia hats on their heads.

Protesters, if you want to be taken serious, protest during a weekend, and voice your list of complaints and concerns to an audience that can actually make a difference.

P S Do yourselves a favor and leave the pink hats at home.
