If women don't realize the importance of their position in the workplace, they never will. Teachers, especially can't gripe about women in the workplace. They are paid on a union scale in most districts just like their counter parts. I wonder how many will show up on a 100 degree day in July. Protest on the weekends. You don't hurt kids when you do that. I'll march with you on that day.
