You should call and speak with Officer Gagich. He can give you all the particulars. And yes, I read and heard that after three visits by NAT, that this would constitute grounds for eviction by the landlord, or maybe even the police, I'm not sure. But he's the one who can help you.
The landlord has to have a business license to rent the property, has to have completed landlord training here in Granite City, and a multitude of other requirements.
