This isnt a matter of rent. I thought if there were like 3 arrests or call outs for the police to a property where someone was a tennant that they were supposed to be evicted. From what I heard the police told her if she didn't leave the house would be condemned. Along with the drugs and prostitution going on, she hasn't had any garbage pick up for ages. I think she is storing all her trash in the garage. Gee, I am looking forward to the smells and the influx of bugs as soon as the temps go back up.
