I had numerous rental properties before all these victims had as many rights. I had a strong lease which provided for a late fee schedule as well as a plan of eviction. Fortunately I had more upscale properties and actually made a great deal of money by rentals. It's all about getting the right tenants who respect the property of others. No way I would do it as a second income now.
