The city has so many complaints like this, most of the time falls on deaf ears. always remember the squeaking wheel is the first to get the grease. keep squeaking, pray, hope, burn it down, or E all of the above. Or, you could let your place go to hell, and then the city would probably make you fix yours up, lol, sorry, just 200 mm of humor here.
