This is what the federal government has done VERY well (besides exporting our manufacturing base): make people believe that the politicos in Washington are responsible for education, health and other funding while the states stand by waiting for their dole out. Sheesh...sad, sad day that it's come to this, and it's alarming so many Americans have become so ignorant in how this country was originally designed to function. Oh, but...hey...we got our fancy smart phones, don't we? (Well,...I don't...but that's another story.) We's in deep, deep trouble, folks.
