Opie, I have also looked online at the number of houses for sale. On Zillow they have a map of the city that shows dots for all the homes for sale and in foreclosure. I was shocked how many homes are for sale, but even more shocked how many are in foreclosure. And you're right about the property values going down. I hope it will eventually turn around, but with the number of houses for sale, I don't see that happening soon.
